Freedom Technologies, an industry leading complete identification, tracking and data management solution provider, today announced the appointment of Brad Aldrich as Freedom’s President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Aldrich brings more than 20 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served as Customer Support, System Engineer, Program Leader and Senior Project manager. Mr. Aldrich replaces Rick Scorey who has served since 1997 as President and CEO. Additionally, Mr. Aldrich is a subject matter expert in traceability applications and was responsible in helping to design and manage the core development of Freedom Technologies Error Proof® and ID Advantage™ products. Mr. Aldrich also has extensive knowledge of automatic identification technology hardware such as lasers, dot peen marking equipment, handheld readers, mobile computers, and printers. Mr. Aldrich has managed multiple large projects with up to 14 site installations across international borders. Freedom Technologies welcomes Mr. Aldrich’s experience and leadership. His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically will play a pivotal role in extending Freedom’s track record of innovation while helping us grow profitability.
